You’re in control with GIFCU Card Control. Download our VISA credit card app and keep tabs on your card no matter where you are! Below are some of the main features:

  1. Card Lock

    Never worry again when you’ve misplaced your card, card security can’t get any easier! Simply tap the icon on the account summary screen to lock or unlock your card.

  2. Lost/Stolen

    Cardholders can report their card as lost or stolen by simply tapping the Lost or Stolen icon at the bottom of the Transactions screen. Then follow the prompts for additional information.

  3. Travel Notes

    Tired of declined purchases when traveling out of state or country? Travel Notes allow the cardholder to proactively notify the credit union about their upcoming trips to avoid any false positive declines while in those locations.

  4. Dispute Transactions

    Cardholders can dispute transactions directly in the app for either full or partial transaction amounts.

  5. Account Summary

    • Minimum Payment Due

    • Payment Due Date

  6. Make a Payment

    From the bottom of the Transactions screen, the Make Payment screen displays the minimum payment due and the due date.

  7. View Transactions

    Cardholders can filter transactions as well as view additional details by tapping on the transaction.

GIFCU Card Control Mobile App
GIFCU Card Control Mobile App periodically collects, transmits, and uses geolocation information for enabling features such as, but not limited to, card use and alerts to prevent fraudulent activates, but only if the end user expressly authorizes collection of such information. Geolocation information can be monitored on a continuous basis in the background only while the feature(s) are being used or not at all, depending on the end user’s selection. The end user can change his/her/their location permissions at any time in their device settings.
