We are excited to announce that our new system is now live! Members can use the information below to access updated services and explore new features. We appreciate your patience throughout this upgrade and look forward to providing you with an outstanding member experience.
New Online Banking
Is now available for members to access through web and mobile. Members will need to re-enroll when accessing it for the first time after the system upgrade. Please use the first-time registration instructions below or view the System Upgrade Guide. You’ll find first‑time registration instructions on page 4.
Go to www.gardenislandfcu.com and click on It'sMe247 Online Banking.
Click “First Time User.”
Enter your Member Account Number and Primary Accountholder’s SSN.
You will then choose to receive a text or email two-factor authentication code to the phone number or email on file.
Enter your authentication code and you will be prompted to set up your password and save.
Complete the requested security questions. Answers are not case sensitive.
Click save my questions.
Create a Username.
Select whether you would like to receive your two‑factor authentication code by text or email, using the contact information on file. You may choose to register your device to bypass this step for 180 days. If you do not register your device, you will be required to complete two‑factor authentication at each login.
Accept the terms and conditions of use, and you’re done!
Note: The username and password you create during your first-time login will also be used to access the new Mobile Banking App. Please note the new Mobile Banking App will be unavailable for 7-10 business days after the system upgrade.
New Mobile Banking Apps Available
Our enhanced Mobile Banking App provides a more user‑friendly experience with upgraded features and improved functionality. Please use the instructions below to access our new Mobile Banking App.
Delete the old Garden Island FCU Mobile Banking App. Get started by clicking the App Store icons below or using the links provided to download the new Garden Island FCU Mobile Banking App.
Download and install the new Mobile Banking App.
If you have already logged in to It’sMe247 Online Banking, use the same credentials to log in to the Mobile Banking App. If not, proceed to Step 4.
Click “First Time User.”
