Rates are based on borrowers' credit history and loan term. Final loan approval is subject to sufficient debt to-income ratio, good title to the property and other terms and conditions of Garden Island FCU’s loan policy. Loan amount request over $250,000.00 requires an appraisal at your expense and at a cost estimated between $400 and $1,000.00. You must maintain fire, hurricane, and flood insurance (if applicable).
